Operations experience built for e-commerce

I bring something most virtual assistants don't, and that is a real operations backbone. Before moving into e-commerce VA work, I spent 7 years at Mars as a Material Management Specialist, where I worked closely with inventory accuracy, supply chain coordination, and keeping operations running efficiently at scale.

That experience shapes everything I do now. I don't just tick off tasks. I understand the systems behind them and why they matter. Since January 2025, I have been putting that mindset to work in e-commerce, managing listings, customer experience, order fulfilment, and performance reporting for a UAE-based client, fully remotely.
